Cognos Infrastructure Up-keep
Cognos Support (Framework Model, Report Studio, Transformer, Analysis
Studio, etc.)
Understanding of Cognos architecture, Data Warehousing/Reporting/OLAP, and
Relational Databases
Understanding of Windows and Solaris operating systems and troubleshooting
tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Flexibility and availability to provide support or implement changes as
and when needed
