*SQL Implementation Coordinator – Techno Managerial Role 8-10 years experience working managing multiple projects and working on a large environment environment. Have managed teams and have good exposure on managerial role. Worked on large environment / Database Well versed with Offshore / Onsite Model* Soft Skills Working with offshore team on daily basis and monitor / co-ordinate the work. Update and track Issues / Delays between offshore and onsite. Work out the mitigation plan. Monitor work with on more frequent basis. Need to understand Customer expectation / deliver the same with offshore support Very good Documentation and reporting skills. Note; Responsible for monitoring 8pm EST – 8am EST Initial work with counter parts would need to put in some day hours too to understand the work with the existing team.
