*Position: QA Lead with FINANCIAL Experience* Duration: 6 Months Location: NJ Provide overall QA Automation support, coordination and planning for multiple Morgan Stanley Smith Barney applications. Lead multiple test automation projects that will require working closely with Development and Functional teams to gather requirements, as well as guiding off-shore automation teams in test planning, framework design, script development, documentation, results analysis and reporting *Skills Required* *Automation Experience:* Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on test automation experience including framework design, script development and execution Extensive knowledge of implementing data driven test automation frameworks utilizing descriptive programming Working knowledge of Business Process testing methodology * Technical Skill:* Tools - Extensive knowledge of HP Quick Test Professional, HP Quality Center, BPT Programming Skills - Extensive knowledge of VBScript DB Skills - should be able to write complex SQL statements, experience with MS Access, SQL Server, DB2 *Leadership Skill:* Minimum 3 years of experience leading on-site and/or off-shore resources Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills *QA Knowledge:* Requirements gathering Test Planning/Time assessment Test Case generation Results and defect reporting *Skills Desired* Web Services Test Automation Experience is a plus Work experience with financial industry and trading systems is a plus *Few more important guidelines* Consultant should be Hard core finance consultant Very solid QTP automation architects.
