Lead the team providing Project Management, business analysis and consulting
support for HR business lines.

Act as the lead liaison between functional and technical teams to propose
changes and design solutions to processes and systems to meet business
needs.  This includes the following key areas:

o          Developing project plans that include problem definition,
situation analysis and process mapping

o          Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations

o          Facilitating test management plans

Coordinate all aspects of information needs for business lines to deliver
solutions that meet client requirements.

Play a key role in projects that support HR initiatives by leading the
functional work streams.

Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks
and milestones as well as resource assignments and progress.

Facilitate change management activities associated with HR processes and
systems.

*Technical Knowledge:*


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, PMI certification

Experience with any CRM or Service Center applications

Experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more
HR functions

3+ years experience managing and leading teams that support systems
applications

Experience managing a structured project management and systems development
methodology required (SDLC).

Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Quality assurance and testing
skills, ITIL or COBIT experience

 People Management:

Provide technical support and coaching to team members

Strong command of English Language
