Ø  Ideal candidate possesses an MBA and a BA/BS degree in information
science, business administration or other applicable degree

Ø  8+ years of relevant business analysis experience in preparing business
requirements, use case diagram, use cases, business process modeling (BPM),
conceptual data modeling and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams

Ø  Ability to conceptualize a system by describing a business process (e.g.
Activity diagram) or data entities (e.g. Class diagram)

Ø  Ability to support moderate to complex projects with
organizational/enterprise impacts

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate
in a clear and concise manner

Ø  Excellent leadership and teamwork skills

Ø  Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

*Position Description*

Ø  Wholesale Internet Team (WIT) develops, manages and markets Treasury
Management and Internet products for Wells Fargo’s large corporate and
middle market customers.



Ø  Senior Business Analysts play a central role in the application
development process.  Key abilities include working collaboratively and
exhibiting influence without direct control.  Business Analysts must be able
to learn quickly, apply good business sense to technology issues, produce
solid business analysis deliverables and drive issues to resolution in a
timely manner.



*Typical Responsibilities*

Ø  Serve as a key conduit with Product Managers, Systems Architects, User
Experience Designers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance resources and
various other members of the development community

Ø  May be asked to work closely with Product Managers to define and document
high-level business requirements

Ø  May be asked to explain high-level business requirements to Sizing and
Scheduling Committee

Ø  Model business processes (BPM)

Ø  Model data (business view of data such as an entity relationship diagram
– ERD)

Ø  Facilitate discussions and write detailed business requirements and use
cases

Ø  May be asked to prepare UML diagrams such as State Diagrams and Sequence
Diagrams, etc.

Ø  Facilitate walkthroughs of detailed business requirements and use cases

Ø  As necessary, prepare change control requests and make appropriate
revisions to detailed business requirements and use cases

Ø  May be asked to perform some business/functional testing and provide any
clarifications on detailed business requirements

Ø  Provide project status
