needs someone with a couple years of "hands on" command line Cisco
troubleshooting experience, preferably in a NOC environment,.A CCNA with no
practical experience will not work. If they do have a CCNP then most times
they have the practical to back it up 2: Manager needs someone with
excellent communication skills since a good part of their job is working
with clients and vendors on the phone 3: If their resume is heavy with
desktop support or server support, UNIX, LINUX and Windows OS experience but
say they have worked on routers and switches then they are really system or
desktop support person and not a strict network person which is what manager
seeks.

Thanks and best regards,
