Job Title : Senior Requirements Analyst Location : Ashburn VA Duration : 3+ Months with possibility of an extension Job Title: Need someone with very strong 7 plus years of requirements analysis experience, along with strong use case modeling experience, strong knowledge of UML and Use Case Diagram and Object Oriented Activity Diagrams (OOAD) with UML. This is a senior level position. Prefer local candidates . Job Description: *Proven experience creating Requirement/Use Case documentation for complex systems. Working knowledge of UML Use Case Diagrams and OOAD with UML. Consultant will be asked to demonstrate Use Case writing capability during the interview *Gather software requirements and functional specifications from user representatives/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Possess strong customer service and communication skills with staff of varying skill sets and levels of business knowledge *Able to facilitate meetings – gain consensus - document meeting notes/decisions *Possess a strong attention to detail *Able to identify tasks and work within scheduled time lines *Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate tasks and assist in managing other team members *Use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel – and other applications such as Visio and Project.
