VOIP, CIP, IPCC, Scripting, Administration of Cisco VoIP Devices. *

RIP/IGRP/EIGRP/OSPF,Switch: VLAN,Router: policy based routing,Router: multi
link configuration*

*The candidate should have good experience in Cisco VOIP, CIP, IPCC,
Scripting, Administration of Cisco VoIP Devices and CVP/ICM Scripting needed
by client addition to above. The engineer should have below experience.*

* *
*1) Fully Understands the UCCE/CVP Environment like PG, ICM, HDS, Rogger,
Logger, Web View Reporting, Call Recording.*
* *
*2) Should have hands on knowledge of Presence Server, CUBE/SIP Gateway,
VoiceXML Gateways, PRI Gateways, Dial-peers.*
* *
*3) Hands on ICM/CVP Scripting such as making changes to existing scripts.
create new scripts. *
* *
*4) Should fully understand call types, dialed numbers, pallettes, general
tab, routing tab, tagerts, queue.*
* *
*5) Understand Network VRUs, MultiChannel Routing, Formulas, Script
Administration.*
* *
*6) Should be able to create and troubleshoot agents, labels, device
targets, call types, dialed numbers, person list, etc.*
* *
*7) Should have hands on experience using Bulk Edit and Insert Tools on ICM
Configuration Manager.*
* *
*8) Should have hands on expereience in troubleshooting Web View Reporting
problems, Looger, Rogger and HDS servers, PGs, AWs.
