Primary responsibilities include: Responsibilities: · Design and develop Java/ATG software components in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment and should take complete ownership of technical solution. · Excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams. · Translate business requirements and functional specifications into software. · Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences. · Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal.** *Requirements*** · *3 years of J2EE and Java programming* experience · *1 year of experience in implementing ATG 2007 based applications using Commerce, Personalization and Scenario servers*. · Strong understanding of Java programming best practices · Understanding of *distributed computing concepts* · *Object oriented design and design patterns* experience · Understand *SDLC processes and methodologies* · Experienced with *relational database SQL* · Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills.
