The candidates will work with business users to understand their requirements and perform hands on requirements gathering, develop Functional and Technical Documents and write queries. The candidates will need to have a financial acumen and know balance sheets, income statements, and costing flows within CCA (Cost Center Accounting) & PCA (Profit Center Accounting). This candidate has worked with data sources specific to CCA, PCA, PS, and Consolidations. *Day-to-Day Responsibilities:* *Initial scope includes the following activities:* * * · Working with business users for requirements gathering · Developing Functional and Technical documents · Understanding all current processes and systems interactions · Definition and recommendation of future business processes and systems interactions · Will deal closely with the business in a true consultative approach · Hands on writing of query’s *Requirements* · Lead functional requirements sessions with various levels of customers. · Good knowledge of SAP FICO in BW and ECC environments · Investigate and document business logic and data source details needed to complete requirements. · Document business requirements in a standard format · Present and discuss design options with the BW development team to help design appropriate solutions in BW · Identify impact that new development will have on existing BW environment and define a solution if necessary · Develop, execute and document test scripts · Develop BW Bex and Web reports · Assist team members and customers as needed in support of Reporting and Analytics · Worked within CCA (Cost Center Accounting) PCA (Profit Center Accounting), PS (Project Systems), and Consolidations · Knowledge of Costing Flows within CCA & PCA · Functional Consultant with some Technical abilities to know how data moves within R3 · Knowledge of Balance Sheets, Accounting · Excellent Communication skills for requirements gathering from business units/customers · Strong Financial Acumen · Must be able to contribute to the development of integrated process design and flows · Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure efficient and effective communication and alignment of requirements with solution development · Monitoring activity and ensuring team is on track through timely identification and resolution of issues *Qualifications* · Solid BW front-end experience in Bex and Web. · Finance degree/background/work experience · Working knowledge of BW back-end, development and design experience is a plus · Good planning and organizational skills · Effective oral and written communication · Self starter with good interpersonal skills Mark Syscom Technologies, Inc.
