*Must Have Skills: *

   - Expertise in Hyperion Essbase v9.2 and 11.1.1.3. Should be able to work
   independently on all the technical details.
   - This means the resource should be technically sound with atleast 4 to
   5 years in Hyperion Essbase.
   - Should be well versed with partitions, MDX queries, creating complex
   calc scripts, building alternate hierarchies, working with BSO and ASO
   cubes.
   - Finance functional knowledge is a must. Must have worked on finance
   related cubes.

*Desired Skills: *Working with SAP as source. Knowledge on SAP FICO subject
area

*Project Details:*

The project is about building a cube related to Retail FICO area. Richter
Financials, which was the source for the Essbase application, is no longer
supported by its original vendor.  As a result, there is an immediate need
to replace this application with SAP FICO as the source.

This implies that the existing Essbase application has to be rebuilt to
receive data from SAP. Instead of  rebuilding the application as-is,
business wants to add few more functionalities to the application.

*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *

   - Resource should be able to gather the requirements from business and
   understand all the statutory and management reporting needs. There might be
   need to build alternate hierarchies.
   - Go through the existing cube and design the new cube based on the
   detailed requirements.
   - Build the cube and any required calc scripts and member formulae where
   ever required.
   - Should be able to lead the UAT phase, working closely with the business
   users and get their approvals.
   - Follow the change management process to implement this in production.
   - Prepare documentation at each phase, as per the need.
