The application is an Excel front end to an SQL database that requires VB, Office and .Net integration skills. Previous work with typed datasets would be helpful. *Responsibilities*: Execute coding updates and changes to meet predefined requirements based on existing schedule. Correspond and collaborate with the project team and a limited set of end users to ensure final product meets specs. Document code and changes for sustainability and readability. *Required Skills:* Ø VB Scripting, Typed Datasets. Ø .Net experience, Ø SQL experience, Ø Office integration (Excel specifically) *Requirement 02:* * * *Position: Sr. Software Engineer(C# & Silverlight)* *Location: Folsom, CA* *Duration: 6-12 Months Contract.* *Rate: $43/hr on C2C.* * * *Project Description:* Create a suite of rich-client tools which provide a simple, intuitive and highly visual (drag/drop, animation) interface for Clinicians. These tools will run in the browser using Silverlight 3 (or 4), using WCF RIA Services for asynchronous access to data services. The data services will use LINQ to SQL for access to data in a SQL Server database. The interface will be written to enable UX experts to modify the UI (through styles, behaviors, etc.) as much as reasonable. The tools will be integrated into a specific project which has a specific schedule, but will be designed with the intent of integrating them into future DHeG products as well. *Responsibilities: * Assist in design and authoring design specs. Develop application from specs; write test cases, debug, and development documentation, such as release notes. *Required Skills:* Ø Exceptional software design skills.
