Position Description:  Experience Level: 4 year degree and 10+ years
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 *Role - PeopleSoft CRM Developer/Data Conversion Lead for CHAMP Integration
Project*.

 *Project is a build-out of an existing PeopleSoft CRM 9.0 system ("CHAMP")
using the Support, Sales/Marketing and Help Desk Modules. This resource will
complete a conversion of lead, opportunity and customer profile data from a
legacy Siebel on Demand application to the go-forward PeopleSoft CRM
application. That process will require detailed-level data mapping,
design/development of conversion scripts and integration broker development
to fetch external data needed for the data conversion. *

*This resource may also help the larger core team with additional
integration-focused development. In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM (both
functionality and the data model) and strong experience around Integration
design/development (Integration Broker, XML, Application Packages) is
critical, including experience with third party (non-PeopleSoft)
integration. *

 *Previous experience with leads/lead list, case  page and the 360 Degree
View is required.** *

 Weblogic experience is preferred. Experience with UNIX scripting, Java and
Call Center technologies/CTI a big plus.

 Work closely with technical staff to understand and translate functional
requirements and processes into technical specifications. Draft high-level
and detailed technical designs of major changes and ensure changes properly
address business requirements, follow determined architecture and
appropriately leverage native PeopleSoft functions. Complete complex
development tasks, including creating/altering third party integrations,
changing the user interface, making record changes and altering application
packages to enforce robust business logic. Troubleshoot major
development/integration issues with other technical project staff. Provide
junior developers in the team with guidance and mentorship . Conduct design
and code reviews as needed. Collaborate on technical solutions with
Application Architect, Project Manager and other technical resources. Follow
established enterprise development and design standards, guidelines and
processes. Create  high-quality technical documentation. . Proactively
identify and escalate issues that may adversely impact project deliverables
to Application Architect and Project Manager. Report project status to
Project manager periodically. .Interact with IT management and other teams
at a highly professional and technical level. . Provide high-quality
consultation to technology and business partners, demonstrating a high level
of expertise in the PeopleSoft CRM realm.  Participate in planning sessions
with senior project staff to analyze business requirements and define the
proposed technical solution.

 *Responsibilities / Deliverables The Technical Lead will be responsible for
the following: *

 ·         Producing high-level technical specifications/approaches

·         Completing very complex development, including new third party
integrations

·         Reviewing detailed technical specifications

·         Troubleshooting complex technical issues

 *Required Skillset :*

*1.       **5+ years experience with PeopleTools, including some experience
with version 8.48 or above . *

*2.       **4+ years experience with real-time XML based integrations . *

**

*3.       **3+ years of techno-functional PeopleSoft CRM experience,
including experience with the Sales/Marketing modules . *

**

*4.       **2+ years experience with data conversions into a PeopleSoft CRM
environment . *

**

*5.       **Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and SOA . *

 *6.       **Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and
PL/SQL. . *

 7.       Experience with different development methodologies including *Agile,
and RUP .*

 8.       Ability to understand very complex functional requirements and
translate them into high-level requirements .

 9.       Strong Aptitude to troubleshoot . Strong verbal and written
communication skills . Independent and self-starter . Must have excellent
