• At least 5 years of Systems or Business Analysis experience ideally in
Banking/Financial Services
• Substantive data analysis and data modeling experience with complex
financial systems
• Basic to moderate SQL query experience
• Strong User Acceptance Test (UAT) coordination and issue resolution
experience
Nice to have:
• International banking and regulatory experience
• Regulatory data analysis experience, particularly with Section 13 F & G
and/or International Equities
Requirement 2 – Columbus – RMS 47154
1)Lead the technical aspects of a complex, multi-year program through the
full software delivery lifecycle with a background of business analysis for
5-6 years.
2)Ability to step up and provide hands-on project management for releases.
3)Establish relationships with technical teams in other LOBs to clearly
identify and manage interdependencies.
)Develop strong working relationships with business partners to deliver the
holistic solution.
5)Manage scope throughout the project duration.
6)Understand, track and articulate issues/ risks/ action items; work with
responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the
appropriate audiences as needed. 7)Demonstrate a consistent attention to
detail.
8) Ability to create Lo-Fidelity mockups for the user interfaces.
9)Ability to create use cases for design as well as document test scenarios.
Skillset :
Must have experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel,MS Office ,
Like to have : PEGA PRPC,JRULE,Java, Database,dreamweaver or any other gui
tool.

• Requirement Gathering for new/existing Capital Markets applications.
• Data analysis for inbound and outbound feeds to Capital Markets
application suite.
• Good Knowledge of Oracle for Database queries.
• Domain Knowledge in Capital Markets
