Position Title: *Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead **(Need a Strong Guy)*

Location Washington, DC (*ONLY LOCALS*)

Experience Required*:

Ø      *Microsoft .NET Certification is required*

Ø      Strong *OOD, OOP and UML*

Ø      Solid understanding of all aspects of the *SDLC, configuration
management and coding standards*

Ø      Experience leading a team of developers

Ø      *7+ years* of web development at least *5 years* of which has been
spent *.NET in a web environment* (beyond web forms)

Ø      Hands on experience with *Team System, .NET 3.5+, ORM, XML and WCF
(or web services)*

Ø      Experience executing *unit testing*

Ø      Good understanding of SQL Server 2005 *expertise in SQL*, experience
in database design.

Ø      Good understanding of, and experience with, basic design patterns

Ø      Experience working with *SSRS* (SQL Server Reporting Service)

Ø      Experience with *rules engine, workflow engine and/or WF, ASP.NET MVC

Ø      Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration with messaging system
