This position is at least 3 months in duration and is located in Peapack, NJ.
We are currently looking for a Test Manager with a minimum of 8 years of Pharmaceutical R&D experience with experience in Safety Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events with specific experience in Argus or Argus related products (e.g., Insight); minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience specifically in managing testing efforts including workplanning, stakeholder management, issue and risk management, budget management, and supervisory experience; experience working on global projects, specifically software implementations with experience operating in a mixed on/near/offshore environment; demonstrated Validated Testing experience; demonstrated ability to structure an integrated test program including ability to drive high level scenarios and test conditions; ability to work in an IT oriented environment with a clear understanding of the business drivers, supporting business processes, and organizational impacts and dynamics; strong executive presence and client building / influencing skills; excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; and excellent business acumen, leadership and management skills.
