Title: .NET Developer with Media/Broadcasting Entertainment Location: Stamford, CT Duration: 12+months Rate: DOE Interview: phone, Face to Face. Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining features of several large scale commercial digital web sites and the internal systems used to create them. . Ability to work as part of a small group with a clear charter to meet specific kinds of business needs. . Work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. . Lead complex projects, defining the schedule and assigning tasks to four or more developers. . Must be familiar with HTML, XML, and related technologies, as well as Microsoft development tools and platforms. . Working under limited supervision Required Skills: . B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience . 3-5 years in software development, with experience as a development lead . Experience developing a major commercial website using Microsoft .NET technologies . Fluency in these areas: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, C++/C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SQL . Familiarity with: web server performance and configuration, OO design, .NET best practices, unit testing, software life cycles . Media experience is a plus - specifically Sports Media.
