*Position Title: Technical Analyst*
*Location: NYC, NY*
*Duration: 3 years*
*Job Summary*
· This person will be part of the “core migration” team which is
CRITICAL to our Risk Finance Data Warehouse go-live strategy. Hence, we need
an individual who is very responsible, dedicated and willing to go beyond
their role, and get the job done.
· Responsible for detailed technical execution of the data migration
testing within the Warehouse Program
· Responsible for developing complex SQL queries, and data
reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of migration
· Responsible for configuring the Risk Finance Data Warehouse
application
· Responsible for coordinating with Development Managers and
conducting releases of various software components required to setup Risk
Finance Data Warehouse application.
· Responsible for Environment Setup of the Risk Finance Data
Warehouse, and smoke testing.
· Responsible for detailed technical execution of the Automated
Testing within the Warehouse Program
· Responsible for analyzing and explaining breaks in the data
reconciliations/difference reports and recommending fixes

- Derivative Fixed Income Product knowledge (Rates, Credit,
Emerging Market business areas) a plus
- Understanding of data warehouse systems and architectural
concepts a plus
- Understanding of finance accounting (sub ledger / balance sheet
accounting) a plus

*Technical Requirements*
· 3-5 years experience as a Technical Analyst in an Investment
Banking (Capital Markets / Trading) environment
· Strong scripting / programming skills in scripting languages,
Shell, Perl in a Linux Environment
· Strong experience in writing complex SQL / Stored Procedures.
· Experience with MS Access Reporting Programming a plus
· Experience with Excel / VBA programming a plus
· Familiar with basic system administration of Windows and Linux as
well as shell scripting
· Experience with software release/build process
· Experience with version control / configuration management tools,
and Test Management tools (Jira, etc)
