*Business Design/Configuration*

Business Analyst for Oracle eBusiness Suite FAH module functionality
Conduct requirements and design meetings and presentations with the end
users and internal IT departments
Analyze/document existing processes, systems, and external interfaces
Gather and document business, functional, system requirements, ETL
requirements, system flow diagrams, functional specification documents to
meet the requirements & gap solutions and other documentation required to
design and implement key and common financial processes on
OracleApplication Release 12 in coordination with
business process owners, finance leaders and other Oracle experts
Define and document Source System Transaction Types and Accounting Rules for
45+ source systems
Define data model for FAH Event Entities, Event Types, and Event Classes
Develop prototype designs for specified interface sources
Provide input to the technical design for Data Transfer and Validation
processes
Ensure correct gap analysis and recommend gap resolution solutions by
subscribing as much as possible to standard, supported Oracle General Ledger
R12 process
Be the primary liaison with development teams on technical specifications
for all module reports, interfaces, customization, extensions and workflow
requirements
Follow the organization’s SDLC process
Partner with IT representatives for successful and timely solutions
Perform knowledge transfer to other team members of R12 capabilities through
analysis documentation, demos, reviews and presentations

*Required Qualifications, Skills & Education:*

*Oracle Financials Skills (REQUIRED):*
* *
MUST have experience designing and configuring the Financial Accounting Hub
for multiple external source systems (including definition of transaction
types and accounting rules)
MUST have experience designing and documenting ETL (Extract-Tranform-Load)
processes
MUST have participated in at least (2) Oracle ERP implementations in a
General Ledger/Record to Report analyst capacity with hands-on experience
implementing and configuring (2) different Release 12 Oracle eBusiness Suite
Financials.

Analysis Skills (PRIMARY):*
* *
7+ yrs related information systems experience with demonstrated significant
experience in business and systems analysis, design, and system
implementation
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems within and between modules
SQL, PL/SQL skill strongly preferred
Demonstrated extensive skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio,
MS Access, MS Outlook, Sharepoint (or other intranet based repository tool),
ReqPro, Mercury Test Director/Quality Center, issue tracking and change
management software required.
*Consulting/Facilitation/Interpersonal Skills (STANDARD):*
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening
skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to
technical and non-technical audiences
Out-going, strong desire and ability to proactively lead meetings;
Good facilitation and meeting documentation skills
Promotes ideas and options persuasively; able to work through conflicts to
negotiate win/win solutions
Demonstrate thinking/problem solving skills and the ability to research an
issue and determine the cause
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities
