*Location: Barbados, Carribean Islands*** Duration: 6+ Months *Billing Rate: DOE on W2/1099* * * *Skills: Test Lead with technical and functional knowledge of Securities modules, Core Banking Implementation.* * * Must be US Citizen and Green Card Holder only *Project: BAU testing for a BFS (Banking and Financial Services) project.* *Description:* 1. *Test Lead* with *technical and functional* knowledge of *Securities modules (preferably on Flexcube*, if not experience on Finacle or similar tool will also do. 2. Candidates should have *7+ years of total testing experience *and at least 3 years hands on experience with one of the leading UBS implementations. 3. Hands on BAU support testing experience on Flex cube is preferable; but BAU support testing experience is a must. 4. Experience on *Core Banking Implementation*. *Responsibilities:* 1. Prepare Master test strategy, Estimations and Schedule. 2. Prepare Test Cases and assist in Test execution where required. 3. Communicate Risk and Mitigation Plan. 4. Ensure Test Process Governance adherence. 5. Publish Project status and attend weekly project status review meetings. 6. Review Phase-wise test plans. 7. Sign off on Entry and Exit Criteria of phases. 8. Provide Environment requirements. 9. Participate in Go-No Go meetings. 10. Prepare Project closure reports. 11. Ability to coordinate with multiple stake holders.
