MUST HAVE: CRM Service (servicing of equipment or devices) experience and
someone who has lead a team of 10 or more

*Job Description:*
Primary objective will be to define information technology solutions and
evaluate alternatives to satisfy business objectives in the Sales and
Service process areas. Selected candidate will be partnering with Business
and IT leadership to own system functional designs and ensure consistency of
implementation across multiple projects and systems in the Sales and Service
process areas. Main focus will involve global rollout of SAP CRM Field
Service and SAP ERP.

*Typical candidate has 10 years of overall IT experience and 7+ years in
CRM.
Candidate should have experience CRM 7.0.  - Will consider candidates with
CRM 2006 s/1 or  2007 (6.0)*

*To be successful in this position, you must have demonstrated expertise in
the following:*
Previous experience planning, estimating and implementing multi-million
dollar global projects that leverage multiple technologies and impact many
different business processes
Demonstrated end-to-end business process knowledge in Sales Force
Automation, Customer Management, Marketing, Sales Order Management, Pricing,
Billing
Previous application development project implementation experience in
multiple industries, with multiple technologies, and across multiple
geographies
Ability to coach/mentor IT resources while  develop technology solutions for
business problems
Experience persuading Senior IT Leaders and other functions within the IT
organization
Ability to identify/resolve issues regarding project cost and/or scope
implications
SAP Service, Service Order Management, Service contract management; In-house
and depot repair; Warranty Management; Call centers, field service,
e-service; Installed-base management; and resources.
Full life cycle architecture, design, and implementation of an
enterprise-wide Web-Based Solution to drive sales and growth;
Model and develop new business processes supporting CRM Service
Implementing Service sales,  Service contract management; In-house and depot
repair; Warranty Management; Call centers, field service, and e-service;
Installed-base management; and resource planning;
Information technology experience: Problem Definition, Requirements
Specification, System Architecture, System Design, Configuration,
Customization, Integration and Testing, Production Cutover and Support;
Good analytical ability to analyze clients* business requirements, needs and
objectives, and map them to best practices as embodied in SAP CRM
Ability to translate the business requirements into specific process
improvements along with identifying any/all measurable benefits.
