Notes*: ONLY INTERESTED IN CANDIDATES WITH ICONIX EXPERIENCE. Ideally he is looking for someone that knows and has used Iconix. Looking for someone who can help him sell Iconix to the team and show them how and why it is good. This person has to be someone that has used Iconix, likes the process and will be a champion of Iconix. This person will be supporting both their European and US website* * * *Business Analyst, E-Commerce – West Chester* This individual will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Corporate Electronic Commerce Teams, working with the business and IT teams to provide improved tools and streamlined processes. Successful candidate will be a technically savvy go-to person, able to communicate well with all levels within the organization and articulate the business needs, translating those needs into sustainable tools. *Responsibilities will include (and are not limited to):* - Subject matter experts for Web Order Entry, Customer Self-Service, web features/functionality, and a variety of electronic commerce interchange applications (such as Ariba, SAP, SciQuest, etc). - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions. - Develop business specifications for system enhancements using Use Case diagrams and stories. - Conduct detailed data analysis as needed to support projects. - Work seamlessly with Enterprise Architects to recommend solutions for process improvements within existing environments. - Work effectively with remote E-Commerce business teams. - Work closely with other IT teams including Business Partners, Application Developers, Quality Analysts, Project Managers, and Infrastructure. - Perform related work as required.
