Description: Candidate would have five or more years of engineering and architecture experience with full-lifecycle of business rules management. Candidate must have specific experience in: IBM ILOG BRMS Version 7.0 preferably Experience working in mortgage industry will be a huge plus. - Experience analyzing business rules - Experience with Service Oriented Architecture - Experience with Business Process Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Experience in .Net and Java environment 7+ years of experience in design, development and support of business rules/decision support systems. Advanced training and/or certification in one or more business rule engine platforms (ILOG/Blaze/Corticon/Pega etc.) will be preferred 7+ years of programming experience in Java/C/C++ and in integration with business rules systems Demonstrated expertise in O-O programming, relational and XML DB design and implementation Experience in mapping business data into UI, application backend and transactional/master data elements Advanced technical skills in Java or C++ programming languages, middleware programming (MQ, JBoss etc.) and Web Services design/development Excellent understanding of operating system features and functions, especially Linux and/or .Net environments Training and/or certification in C/C++/C#/Java, Unix and Shell Scripts, SQL, Middleware required Clear understanding of the residential mortgage industry in the US, with specific expertise in related technology implementations for contracts administration, underwriting and customer management.
