*Software Quality Assurance Contractor, R&D * Milwaukee, WI * * * * *This person will be part of a 7 person team. 4 SQA members and 3 Developers. They will be doing printer testing on both uploads and downloads.*** *- Must have experience with SCRUM (ran a project through this process)*** *- 60% manual testing / 40% Automation*** *- Using Quality Center - Must have*** *- Using QTP - would prefer, but could have experience with winrunner or loadrunner as well.*** * * *Job Requirements: * We are looking for a SQA contractor with computer science/computer/electrical engineering major or any other engineering major with suitable experience with the following skills. Candidates with graduate degree would be preferred. *Candidate need to have the following skills:* Proficient in *Manual *and* Automated *testing including maintenance and execution of Manual and Automation test cases using *Mercury Quality Center. * Practical understanding of QA methodologies like the Software Development Life Cycle. Involved in complete *Requirements Analysis phase* from project planning through test execution process and also developed various Test plans. Expertise* *in writing* Test Cases, Test Plans, Test requirements.* Experience in *Functionality testing, White Box, Black Box Testing, System, Integration, Regression *and *User Acceptance Testing* with Business scenarios. Load and performance testing will be an added advantage. Experience with defect tracking and reporting. Experience in using *Mercury Quality center* to develop Test plans.** Experience in using* Quick Test Professional or Win Runner and/or Load runner *to develop the test scripts for the test cases. Experience in using *Module level* and *Functional Decomposition Automation Frame* works a must. Experience with SCRUM methodology Experience with Web and client server application testing is an advantage *Experience in Firmware, embedded software and hardware testing *a must** Exposure to VMware Involved in writing *SQL* queries for Backend Testing. Experience in software development and programming experience in Java or C#, and ASP.NET will be a plus. Good interpersonal, analytical skills, planning skills, ability to work collaboratively and Commitment to achieving goals with strong leadership qualities.
