1 senior level for 5 months and

 2 project managers for 5 months.

All three of them will be supporting our migrations, the Sr Project Manager
responsible for the group 3 migrations.

 One of the program managers will be supporting the migration as it relates
to financial management and web-hosting migrations.  The other program
manager will be supporting the migration as it relates to ITSM streaming
including Event Management/Monitoring project, SLA management, governance
transition, etc.

 Summary:
Program Managers plan, organize, and proactively lead the effort of team
members to ensure that project deliverables are met accordance with scope
and objectives, within the constraints of time and budget.  Program Managers
also maintain project stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to
set and maintain expectations and communicate project status.  Of particular
importance for this specific position is having direct engagement with the
client e.g. on-site and working with the on-site engagement team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Track record of strong communications and client management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and client relationships and
routinely anticipates then meets underlying client needs and expectations.
• Routinely interacts with SVP-level management.
• Track record of strong Project and Program Management Skills e.g.
successfully managed development and execution of multiple complex,
multi-phased data center migrations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple
organizations leveraging personal influence and relationships.
• Makes sound recommendations with sound analysis, that add significant and
broad benefits to the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish direction by developing a project vision and strategies to
achieve project success.
• Manage the client regarding acceptance of and compliance to that vision
and strategy.
• Manage client inquiries and issues associated with the data center
migration.
• Develop and manage communication plan effectively with client, team,
leaders, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and manage budget and progress against schedule
• Manage the change control process per methodology and contractual
requirements
• Work with other migration project managers to:
   o Based on project requirements, work with functional teams to provision
necessary associate resources
   o Develop and implement task responsibilities to ensure timely completion
of project deliverables.
   o Ensure project (hardware/software) resources are defined and acquired
   o Regularly prepare and distribute program status according to EPMO
and/or contractual requirements
   o Perform risk/issue management according to methodology or contract
   o Ensure that project team performs proper time management (submit
timesheets, update ETC)
   o Monitor and manage project resource usage
   o Provide leadership to project team, including performance feedback and
coaching/mentoring
   o Identify, design, develop and implement process improvements within
delivery team
   o Adhere to QA requirements as part of quality and methodology processes
   o Identify and implement appropriate quality standards.
