Our client has a 1 year contract opportunity for an SAP SD Analyst for end user support within their SAP environment, specifically with functionality in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. Role: Responsible for specification & configuration of SAP application enhancements, and proactive identification of opportunities to use SAP functionality to better support business processes in a complex, multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales and distribution environment. Meet regularly and work in partnership with the relevant business representatives to keep abreast of operational issues and initiatives with a potential SAP impact. Provide expert support to SAP users and work to resolve application problems efficiently to minimize business disruption. This person will work closely with the full ERP team and other IT functions to ensure proper implementation of the application, including ensuring that design documents are complete and accurate, testing is appropriate and complete, business process procedures are accurate from the technical perspective and all configuration and GMP system validation standards are adhered to.
