Hi All, Please try to avoid doing business with this cheaters, they never pay last 3 to 4 months of contracts payment.They keep delaying payment after initial project duration in anticipation of project end date and can retain as much they can. We have a collective case against them in NJ.As per one of the NJ law, basically, any consulting company doing business in NJ need to have temp help licence,if not,court will reject to take the case, he is cashing on that heavily. He knows , most of the consulting compainies don't have licence and so he never pay.
