Data Analyst with Proven CRM implementation experience (no specific pkg)

Project: 
Client is working on a Global InterAction CRM impementation with a focus on 
system integration and system replacement. 

Preferred Consultant Profile: 
* 5+ years Data Analyst and MUST have recent CRM project experience 
* Experience with the tool InterAction is a plus 
* 5-7 years of Software Lifecycle Development experience, with the majority of 
that experience in data analysis 
* Integration, migration, replacement project analysis 
* Deep competencies in data related artifacts such as data flow diagrams, 
entity-relationship diagrams and logical database mode 

**** MUST HAVE RECENT CRM EXPERIENCE ******** 

* The candidate must be able to travel at least 25%. Travel could include 
international travel (possible locations are London, Cleveland and Atlanta). 
* Exposure to custom development and package implementations. 
* Successful working in large IT organizations using matrixed project staffing 
models. 

Deliverables: 
The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for executing the requirements processes 
for the Global CRM project with a focus on system integration and system 
replacement. The requirements processes include elicitation, analysis, 
specification, validation, change control and traceability. The analyst must 
utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to coduct 
interviews and other elicitation activities and document functional and 
non-functional requirements for the CRM application. The analyst will have deep 
competencies in data related artifacts such as data flow diagrams, 
entity-relationship diagrams and logical database models. 

Required: 
The Data Business Analyst is expected to: 
► Transform understanding of project scope and business case into the project 
vision document 
► Execute the business analysis plan including working with the identified 
stakeholder, conducting business analysis activities, supporting business 
analysis communication and participating in the requirements management process 
► Conduct requirements elicitation using techniques such as facilitated 
workshops, interviews, observation, task analysis, documentation study and 
surveys 
► Conduct requirements analysis ensuring that behavioral models (e.g. process 
maps, use cases etc.), structural models (e.g. business rules, data model), 
dynamic models (e.g. state diagrams, class diagrams) and control models (e.g. 
decision tables, event-response table) are used appropriately 
►Specify User and System functional requirements focusing on Data Flows, Data 
Models and the Data Dictionary 
► Specify non-functional requirements including external interfaces (user, 
hardware and software), quality attributes (e.g. performance, reliability, 
maintainability etc.) and constraints (e.g. operating system, hardware, 
software etc.) 
► Assist in requirements prioritization, perform requirements allocation and 
document requirements traceability 
► Support verification, quality assurance and development activities which may 
include reviewing test scenarios and/or design documentation to ensure 
requirements compliance
