Program Manager Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 12 months . 3-7 years of progressive experience in IT and/or business management. . Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams. . Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences. . Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and colleagues. . Ability to engage and lead customers, project teams, and service partners in the development and implementation of specific Shared Services/Infrastructure solutions that are aligned with the overall company and IT strategies. . Experience with industry standards in project management and development methodologies (e.g., PMI). . Broad experience across multiple infrastructure technologies from desktops/laptops and other end user devices to servers, data center, and network devices including their deployment and operations. . Experience in working with financial processes, systems and customers preferred. . Experience with managing IT merger and acquisitions integrations preferred.
