Teradata Modeler/Team Lead – This candidate to serve as a Lead Modeler as well as eventually a Team Lead in the Enterprise Credit Risk Technology area. · Will do data modeling in Teradata. · Will also manage the day to day team of onshore and offshore developers/modelers. · Will negotiate client requests with the internal client. · Will balance the workload of the team. · Will serve as an overflow hands on modeler when needed to support the team and the client's requests. This candidate will start as 80% hands on 20% lead/management. This role will evolve into 20/80 after consultant is converted to full time associate and after developing a 'followership' with the team.
