Description This person will need all of the basic skills of a PM/BA including facilitating meetings, meeting deliverables, great communication and leadership skills. They need to be able to understand the business side and have good documentation skills. PMP certification a plus. They need to have an understanding of Flash, Wireframes etc. They need to have strong leadership skills. It would be great if they came from an agile environment as well. We are looking for someone that has both STRONG PM & BA skills. A real go getter with the following Traits: IT Business Analyst / Project Manager Business analysis and documentation experience are a must. Good clear and concise writing skills required. Extensive experience writing detailed requirements, approach papers/use cases and documenting process flows required. Project management experience required. Must be able to manage projects and timelines independently with no supervision. Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. IT experience required. Must be familiar with software development lifecycle. Web experience a plus. Must be willing to work some overnight hours for production release coordination and support. Experience with creating presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint highly preferred. Must be able to work independently and be deadline driven. Experience working with remote teams a plus.
