These projects will provide common integration for HR systems and a SQL Server data warehouse to facilitate improved reporting. This Informatica lead developer/architect role will be responsible for designing, building, and testing Informatica ETL components to integrate new data into the data warehouse. This position has the potential to be a long-term role with responsibilities supporting production and building out the data warehouse. Basic Qualifications: ? Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing high complexity ETL solutions with Informatica ? Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data models ? Experience giving direction to other developers in a mentor/lead role ? Ability to provide technical leadership and tools expertise in a data management/data warehouse environment ? Ability to communicate effectively with diagrams and design documents ? Ability to address performance issues against a large data warehouse ? Proven ability to work in a team environment to solve complex problems ? Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills Desired Qualifications: ?
