For Channel Web & VRU : o Transform existing support documentation to standardized Runbook format o Update Service Desk Agent Notes & Scripts with Retrofit enhancement related information o Update PAM Team support documentation with Retrofit enhancement related information o Update Application support team documentation Retrofit enhancement related information . For Employer Portal (CWS) & Services, create the Runbook containing all the necessary support documentation for the Service Desk, Level 2 and Level 3 support teams. Position Requirements: . Technical writing experience. (Samples will be requested.) . Experience translating technical jargon into easily understood instructions and checklists. . Experience developing and documenting technical and technical requirements and functional specifications for Web projects . Understanding of typical IT Operations Support models and levels of support . Experience documenting existing systems . Experience documenting future state architecture and systems . In-depth knowledge of fundamental data gathering concepts, practices and procedures. . Motivated, self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight and direction. . Experience working with IT and Business team members in a matrixed environment . Understanding of Web technologies and solutions . High attention to detail .
