Project Manager Work Location: NYC,NY Scheduled Work Hours: Scheduled Work Hours: 7 hour work day, usually between 9am-5pm,Monday-Friday, however flexible hours may be required to meet deliverable deadlines Assignment Start/End Date: January 21, 2010 to June 30, 2010 Total Estimated Assignment Hours: 900 hours Rate: $55 on c2c *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!* *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* *Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be* *considered.* A minimum of 5 years documented experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and project management for large, complex IT applications. A minimum of 3 years experience supporting/developing web based application with good DB knowledge. Strong working knowledge of project management tools like Clarity or MS Project, Visio, Power Point. The candidate should have experience working directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate client ideas and requests into functional requirements. The position requires data analysis and logical thinking skills to quickly identify, understand, and organize complex interrelated business processes and workflows. Must have a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and a minimum of five years experience with business analysis, information technology, technical writing, and project management. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deliverables in a timely manner. Experience working in a public agency is desired, and specific experience in *public health* is a must. Project methodologies like *Agile, Scrum, PMP*required.
