Job roles & responsibilities • Minimum 8+ year of experience in IT & 5+ year experience in QA & Security • Release application development objects to concerned production databases • Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, and documentation for configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution • Ensure completion of post-implementation project evaluation reports • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance procedures • Enforce the implementation of operational security policies • Develop and maintain IT Services performance scorecard • Provide ad-hoc support during preparation and implementation of projects within area of responsibility • Facilitate security incident investigation processes, review reported security incidents, and follow up corrective security measures with other IT Functions • Report system bugs to the responsible support function or vendor • Train and educate department staff in QA & Security principles • Prepare and arrange for conducting quality audits in coordination with internal and external quality auditors • Monitor staff day-to-day activities, and manage performance measurements for area of responsibility • Monitor, audit overall IT security, and participate in IT security assessments • Build up a knowledge base for the section • Provide administrative framework, leadership, motivation, functional direction, facilitate IT team communication skills, and maximize team contribution for staff under area of responsibility • Coordinate IT security issues with Corporate IT and external auditors • Strong experience in MS Visual Studio .Net using C# • Strong SQL/Stored Procedures/PL/SQL skills in MS SQL 2005 • Strong knowledge of Visual Source Safe & Team Foundation Server in managing the codes • He should have worked in a customer facing role • The ideal candidate should be an excellent team player with good communication skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English -- Recruiting GoAhead Consulting Limited www.goaheadconsulting.co.uk - No phone calls please - Please submit your updated resume for immediate interview. - *Please send your resume to hr (at) goaheadconsulting (dot) co (dot) uk* *SAP Partner*
