Our client needs Compensation & Benefits Analyst  - who meet the following
requirements.



*Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst*

Location: Saudi Arabia

*Salary: Negotiable as per your experience.*



v  Implement compensation strategy, programs and policies, develop salary
scales, benefits options and schemes in order to compensate employees based
on pay for performance strategy and within market range.

v  Collect salary survey data within the general market and the oil and
petroleum industry in order to place the company salary structure and
benefits within the 75th quartile.

v  Develop reward and recognition programs in order to reward and recognize
exemplary performance of the employee.

v  Study the employee's performance against set and agreed objectives in
order to reward the employee according to the unit, company and individual
performance.

v  Review SAP HR Data, generate SAP reports in order to maintain the
integrity and accuracy of SAP HR data.

v  Analyze market levels; update and make adjustments to all of employees
salary structures (e.g. Saudi, Middle East, US) in order to ensure salary
structures are competitive and in line with market practices

v  Process salary adjustment, special promotion and Executive Compensation
administration in order to reward deserving employees and executives
according to market surveys and to keep confidentiality of information.

v  Should be able to handle the role independently

v  Must possess good communication skills.
