*We are looking for support Engineer for 12 Months Position in Saudi Arabia* ** *O**n site engineer is as follows: * o Product type : Workforce Management (Workforce Optimization) o Product manufacturer: Verint (Blue Pumpkin ) o License details: 800 seats *The support should cover all the modules/Processes of the system but not limited to :* o Forecasting and scheduling o Popup Server o Integrator o E-learning o Strategic Planner o WFM Web Application *This support should cover the following tasks:* - Daily backup of operational databases. - Checking the status of WFM servers based in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. - Applying the latest patches to the Witness WFM application and database servers. o Upgrading the system whenever deemed required. o Solving system problems and any reported issues. o Maintain the system availability and integrity. o Provide daily and weekly reports on system status and problems faced (pending and fixed) - Logging of incidents directly to the Witness CIC centre and follow the Zain SOP for operations. - Direct Interface between Zain and CCR. CCR Head office provide immediate backup for all incidents and the logging of calls from onsite Engineer. - Providing operational support for the changing the general settings of the application such as activity tolerance, security roles and user ids. - Supporting the existing integrations and new integrations when needed - Provide consultancy to Zain for new requirements. - Coordinate with the other operations team when needed for reported issue resolution. - Provide training to the BU for all modules on request. - Should be available on call when ever needed. Should support late working hours when needed. - Abide to the Zain agreed SLA.
