Develop an integrated application for automating the business needs of the
Medical Transportation Program streamlining all processes
A. A. Analyze and Integrate the approved Business Process
Re-Engineering (BPR) recommendations
B. B. Enhance reporting capabilities
C. C. Ensure compliance with agency software development
standards, including SDLC and PMLC
*Essential Job Functions:*
A. Participate in customer definition and design meetings to gather
requirements and functional specifications
B. Develops, codes, tests web applications based on requirement
definitions
C. Develops, codes and tests Reports, Forms and letters based on
requirement definitions
D. Adhere to Agency standards for web based applications
E. Designs and implements new or revised methods that effectively meet
agency needs
F. Documents agency IT processes to support IT software development
G. Documents the methods and procedures used in development, testing and
implementation of application programs
*General ***
A. Strong communication and team work skills, team coordination,
mentoring and training skills.
B. Able to work with others in a team-based environment
C. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
D. High motivation level and superior attention to detail
E. Ability to finish projects on time with minimal supervision

Development experience in Web based applications

Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, HTML

Development experience with WebSphere Portal Server, JSF, Servlets, LDAP,
Portlets, EJB, JDBC, SQL, JNDI required

Development experience with Oracle database

Experience working in a state/federal government environment (Health and
