Hi: Please send the matching resumes, rate and contact number for the below requirement *BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST ( Financial BSA ) Philadelphia, PA 3 Months* * * *F2F Required** ** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Assist with the development of Business requirements. - Act as liaison between the business and technology teams. - Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into detailed functional specifications. - Lead systems analysis efforts on small size projects. - Assist Sr. BSA to lead systems analysis efforts on medium and large size projects. - Conduct required systems analysis across a multi-system environment. - Work as a member of a combined systems analysis team on large complex projects. - Responsible for the creation of detailed functional use cases and functional specifications - Responsible for assisting with Systems and Integration level testing as required. - Responsible for execution of QA test scripts. - Responsible for tracking and resolving issues identified during the functional analysis phase as well as status updates and issue escalation. *REQUIREMENTS:* - Candidate must possess 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (3 or more years as a Senior BSA). - Must have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to comprehend business requirements and translate into functional specifications. - Must have excellent writing and communication skills with specific expertise in creating business requirements, functional specifications, functional use cases, and user documentation. - Must have excellent organizational skills. - Must have proficient skills in developing system and data flows. - Must have comprehensive SWIFT experience in *Trade and Settlement, Cash, Corporate Actions *and* market practice* knowledge. - The ability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines. *ADDITIONAL SKILLS PREFERRED:* - Experience with Global Custody systems, preferably GlobalPlus. - Experience in creation of web based applications, UI design, navigation data models and entity relationship diagrams helpful. - Must be willing to collaborate and work with a team to improve internal best practices and processes. - Experienced in MS Office products. - Thorough understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle and Project lifecycle.
