Location: Houston, Texas Duration: 6+ months Need: Immediate Rate: open. (client prefers local Houston candidates first) Looking for a geospatial information systems (GIS) application developer: Applicant will be developing GIS applications for our pipeline systems using ESRI ArcGIS server and related tools. Must have experience using ArcGIS Flex API, ArcEditor, ArcPad, etc. Applications will be designed using Java, web services, and Oracle 11g. Candidate must be able to take an idea from concept to deployment including designing and creating Oracle databases.
