Position: Developer
Location: Austin TX
Duration: 7 mo.
Rate: 50/hr on C2C
Skills: Required:
5 yrs Development experience in Web based applications
3 yrs Coding languages and environments including but not
limited to
Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, HTML
2 yrs Development experience with WebSphere Portal Server,
JSF, Servlets, LDAP, Portlets, EJB, JDBC, SQL, JNDI required
2 yrs Development experience with Oracle database
Desired:
2 yrs Development experience with Hibernate, Spring, Jasper
Report, AJAX
2 yrs Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with
people of all technical levels
2 yrs Experience working in a state/federal government
environment (Health and Human Services Commission preferred)
Scope: A. Participate in customer definition and design meetings to
gather requirements and functional specifications
B. Develops, codes, tests web applications based on
requirement definitions
C. Develops, codes and tests Reports, Forms and letters
based on requirement definitions
D. Adhere to Agency standards for web based applications
E. Designs and implements new or revised methods that
effectively meet agency needs
F. Documents agency IT processes to support IT software
development
G. Documents the methods and procedures used in development,
testing and implementation of application programs
