We would like candidates to be able to start by Feb 8th.* *Rate is ~ 25/hr for this.* *Thanks so much for your help!!* Resource Planner Duration: 12 months+ Location: Irving, Texas 75038 Description: · The Resource Planner facilitates the TAP process for all projects that require procurement of hardware resources using an IT funding source and/or will be placed in a Tier 1 Data Center location. · Also facilitates the VIPS Design Review process on behalf of the VIPS organization as required. · Provides comprehensive overview of TAP and VIPS Design Review processes to IT Application Portfolio contacts. · Advises IT portfolios on directives as defined from architectural/operational perspectives as well as large program initiatives. Performs initial assessment of application infrastructure documentation for errors and/or omissions. · Schedules, facilitates, and publishes detailed minutes for Technical Architectural Review and/or VIPS Design Review sessions · Documents and track issues to closure for projects not compliant in the areas of IT standard architecture, Security risk, pre-positioning opportunities, environmental considerations, and/or IT Tier One Data Center support. · Maintains detailed project records on an ongoing basis for historical reference · Facilitates communication between the Application Portfolio and the VSO Architecture / Client IT Operations organizations as needed to bring TAP and Design Review action items to closure · Provides IT Portfolio with ongoing assistance as needed to resolve bottleneck situations during the procurement phase of the project lifecycle. · Advises VIPS OSS/CSM Project Manager of readiness to begin implementation process following completion to the TAP Phase of the project’s lifecycle. Skills · Must be highly skilled in the areas of organization, communication, and project management, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple high profile projects in a rapidly changing environment. · Must have a working knowledge of the VAPP system, as well as capital funding and procurement processes and workflows. · Position requires a working knowledge of MS office applications as well as *MS Outlook, Sharepoint, and Lotus Notes. * · *Must be familiar with current terminology and system technologies as well as local systems and processes controlled by other IT teams that are engaged during the end-to-end project lifecycle (Architectural Review, Procurement, and Implementation Phases* Sai satish Marketing Manager- Team lead Aim Computer Consulting 17197 N.
