Below is the requirement we have immediately. Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12 months SAP HCM Benefits/Payroll Consultant · Will serve as Benefits and Payroll consultant in preparation for implementation of SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. · Prior experience through multiple full lifecycle of implementations of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) for public sector clients (Preferred – three or more implementations). · Experience in configuration and troubleshooting within the various HCM modules with focus and extensive experience in Benefits and Payroll. · Prefer prior experience with concurrent employment and higher education experience. · Experience in unit testing, regression, integration, conversion, end to end and payroll comparison testing in Benefits and Payroll. · Experience integrating SAP Payroll posting to SAP FI. · Identify, escalate, monitor, and resolve issues affecting project progress.
