Strong Time Recording experience, especially using the Portal Time sheet (CATS through ESS portal). Familiar with positive and negative time recording configuration. Sound knowledge of work schedules (full and part time), holiday calendars, absences and attendances, absence and attendance counting rules, and Leave Request functionality. 2. Solid Time Evaluation experience, especially Overtime calculations, Time Schemas using Clock In/Clock Out and Planned times, flextime calculation rules, vacation quotas generation and carry-over, and generating wage types for payroll. 3. Good experience with Time reports, especially Time Statement, CATS reports, B2 cluster reports, and other standard SAP attendance/absence reports. 4. Portal experience, particularly of the front-end ESS and MSS screens. Vacation request screens, Time sheet screens, Approval screens, etc. 5. ABAP experience desirable – especially to create new validations and modify standard SAP validations, adapt CATS enhancements, hide fields, do summation of fields/columns, change user/personal settings, etc. Customize the screens, function modules, to render data in a client-specific way. Work on HR/Smart forms technology, to change the Time Statement form, modify it as per needs. 6. Workflow experience desirable. Ability to generate emails/notifications, reminders, and workflows because of triggers in ESS/MSS.
