Manage on-shore and off-shore resources working on different aspects of SharePoint. Participates in meetings with developers to identify and specify system requirements and processes. Provides guidance to project team on design and development related issues. Provides technical leadership in the project from solutioning phase to completion 20% *Reviews detailed design specifications to be written and in the analysis and revision of existing documentation where applicable. *Uses specialized skills and technical expertise to assist users in resolving a system problems. 5% *Assists in identifying alternative solutions and recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and experience. *** Specialized/Practical Knowledge: * •Expertise in SharePoint •Working knowledge of SharePoint (e.g. Team Sites, .NET), Administration, configuration and customization of SharePoint including developing and implementing custom and third-party Web Parts a plus * Understanding of SharePoint Features and Solutions * Creating custom site definitions • Vital Path PathBuilder integration toolkit experience a plus •Experience in other web application technologies like Apache, PHP .NET. •Experience utilizing App workflows, IT audit and security. •Ability to work effectively with clients, and management and its staff members. •Strong interpersonal, client service, oral and written communications, organizational, and task management skills.
