*Location: TX* *Duration: 1 year* * * ************ Consultant must be local to Dallas **************** * * *POSITION: QA Test Analyst (5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE)* * * *Summary:* Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. The technical skills include the ability to design software or customize software for client use. Must have 5 years plus with Quick Test Pro with VB scripting as well as writing manual and automated test scripts. Web service testing (iTKO) is a plus.* Education/Experience *o Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required o 5-7 years experience required* Responsibility level *o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor or may have supervisory responsibility with few* reports Skills *o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) o Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
