*Job Description: We are looking to hire a contract business analyst responsible for HHS-Connect program-level business analysis and reporting function. This role is responsible for providing analytical support, business understanding and quantitative metrics supporting the HHS-Connect program initiatives (This is a large technology project for the Health and Human Service agencies within the City of NY). Also responsible for producing regular reports documenting program progress against a pre-determined, accepted set of metrics. Responsibilities: Member of the HHS-Connect Program responsible for defining and owning the various project/program business models. Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights. Research and analyze key business drivers for program initiatives, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics. Develop financial and data models that provide a forward and backward looking view into IT investments.
