Job Description: • Provide support for the Windows Operating System (physical and virtual), Wintel hardware, and Server Patch Management environment. • Support includes Windows OS and patching ticket resolution, and troubleshooting in those environments. • Knowledge or good understanding of SCCM 2007, WSUS, DNS, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and network security a plus. • Operating Systems run in Production ""7x24"" (7 days, 24 hours/day); therefore periodic on-call duty for 7x24 support is required. • Periodic off-shift testing and implementation, typically on weekends.
