*Title: Waveset Engineer* *Duration: 12 Months* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Rate: Open* *Responsibilities*: 1. Understand client’s business needs and enable solutions using *SUN’s Waveset 7.X* product. 2. Design and enable consistent provisioning and de-provisioning of user account across various internal and external systems. 3. Develop and deploy processes and solution to simplify password synchronization across multiple identity stores. 4. Develop and deploy processes and technology for user self service and delegated group management 5. Develop, configure and deploy adapters and connectors with various systems and databases for the purpose of creating, reading, updating, and deleting user attributes and accounts from the incorporated systems and databases. 6. Work with network security to ensure proper policy enforcement points are integrated with the LDAP authentication engine. 7. Work with security to provide auditing and reporting facilities and processes. 8. Work with Architecture to design solutions, evaluate promising technologies and develop evaluation criteria. 9. Work with vendors and manage the Proof of Concept (POC) and testing scenarios. 10. Work with Operations to deploy and integrate new technologies into the current environments. 11. Monitor trends and use the information to suggest and develop continuous improvements to the application environments Skills *Skills*: Knowledge of Waveset 7.X Has delivered and deployed a number of IDM solutions using SUN’s Waveset. In depth knowledge and hands on experience in: LDAP, SAML, Active Directory, J2EE, JAVA, EJB, JMS, JCA, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Oracle DB, and WebLogic technology Stack.
