The application coordinator configures the application to meet business needs and is the primary support contact and coordinates all questions and issues that arise on the system. You will be required to work collaboratively with process design, interface, testing, and implementation teams and require an eye toward customer focus. This role requires strong detailed analytical thinking, problem solving and results oriented skills. A strong awareness of the business and operational knowledge is recommended. Would prefer the candidate have system/workflow analysis experience and healthcare experience.
